When my 40s hit, alongside perimenopause, my thoughts lingered on a vast back catalogue of regrets. They haunted me every night at around 3am, negatively impacting my sleep, health, and overall well-being. 

Seeking a solution to this never-ending nightmare, I asked myself – what would happen if I revisited my regrets intentionally through a lens of gratitude? 

What happened next was the wildest and most unexpected personal transformation that began with a 60-second TEDx pitch in 2022 and a TEDx talk in 2023. 

 Most of us are never handed a stage to tell the truth about our careers. We sit in audiences listening to extraordinary women with extraordinary titles, and while their stories inspire us, they can also make us feel small. Invisible. Like our own experience only counts if it comes with a corner office and a highlight reel.

Project Brave is the space where the rest of us finally get heard. The women in the middle. The ones doing the unseen work of rising, stumbling, learning, and getting back up again. This podcast gives voice to our stories, our grit, and our wisdom -  honouring our version of success. No polish. No perfection. Just truth, courage, and the power of women celebrating women.
